USA:  FedEx ground 

International:  USPS Priority International

*Important: There is always a chance that customs fees may be assessed for your purchases shipped outside of the USA. This is a tax levied by your country, and you will be responsible for these fees. Please be aware of your country's customs policies. 

 

Exchange/Return

*Special Holiday Policy: purchases made in November & December for holiday gifts may be exchanged or returned through January 10th. Please reach out via email asap (eh@denovostyle.com) to make arrangements.

Our main goal is that you are happy with your purchase! We are easy to work with, so please feel free to contact us with any concerns.

General return policy: for exchange or refund, items must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition, and sent back within 30 days of delivery. 

If you would like a prepaid label, please request one, and the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount (within USA only). Please return in original packaging if possible.

• Exchanges will be sent upon receipt of the original order, at no charge 
• Refund will be given upon receipt of the return item
